“We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection."
Abraham Lincoln
(March 4, 1861, First Inaugural Address)
During the past few winters, our snowblowers have had a bit of a break, but I have missed the beautiful Bucks County winter landscapes. This year, we were rewarded with some beautiful, classic winter days, with loads of fresh snow, a partially frozen Delaware River, and some wonderful sunrises and sunsets. What follows is a collection of some of my favorites Bucks County spots, including: The Delaware Canal and Towpath, Lake Afton, Washington Crossing Historic Park, The Delaware River, several Bucks County bridges, New Hope, the driveway to Doylestown's Fonthill Castle, Core Creek Park, and Lumberville. I took all of these photographs between December 29th, 2020 and March 1st, 2021. Grab a mug of hot cocoa and take a look.
